The questionnaire is the first cooperation between The Ministry of Social Affairs with the "Michal Sela Forum", through Hilma and with the assistance of Joint-Alka.

It is an anonymous questionnaire designed by the Ministry of Social Affairs which aims to independently examine the risk situation in your relationship or that of a family member.
The questionnaire was written by experts and at the end of it,  you will receive feedback regarding the level of risk and recommendations for action.
